What NurtureLead is and who runs it

NurtureLead is a web app that runs your LinkedIn outreach. It finds people, works through the steps you set up, and replies to the people who answer. You decide the pace and the limits.

The product

What it does

Four jobs, in the order they happen.

  1. Finds people

    Search LinkedIn from inside NurtureLead, or paste the link to a LinkedIn people search you already use. The matches are saved to your People list, ready to add to a workflow.

  2. Runs the steps you set up

    You build a workflow on a canvas: connection requests, messages, InMails, profile views, likes, follows, skill endorsements and emails from your own Gmail or Outlook mailbox, with waits and branches between them. Each person moves through it one step at a time.

  3. Replies toward a goal

    When someone answers, the AI writes a reply from the whole conversation, your instructions and the facts you gave it. You choose the goal: book a call, get a link opened, collect contact details, get a referral, or one you write yourself. On Starter you approve every draft. On Pro, Team and Enterprise replies are sent for you.

  4. Shows what happened

    LinkedIn replies arrive in one inbox, with replies to your emails beside them when your mailbox is connected with permission to read. Reports cover people, conversations, actions and conversions as spreadsheets, with a PDF report and a live share link on Pro and above.

How it runs

A web app, nothing to install

You log in at nurturelead.app on the web. Each LinkedIn account you connect runs in a browser on our servers, so there is nothing to download and your own computer can be off. You sign in to LinkedIn once, through a sign-in window inside the app.

  • Log in with email and a password, or continue with Google.
  • Alerts reach you in the app, by email and as browser notifications.

Limits

You stay in control of the limits

Every kind of action has a daily limit for each LinkedIn account. Each limit is a slider, and you can set it anywhere up to the ceiling for your plan.

Every slider shows a safe-value guide. If you move past it, you see a warning that states LinkedIn's own limits and what happens when they are hit. The decision stays with you.

You also set the gaps between actions, the working hours and the weekdays. If LinkedIn shows its weekly invite notice, invites on that account wait until LinkedIn allows them again, and other actions carry on.

These apply to every customer on every plan.

No fake accounts

NurtureLead never creates LinkedIn accounts or invented profiles. It only works with real accounts that their owners connect.

Nothing that disguises where your account runs

Your account runs on our servers and it shows. We do not change the browser's fingerprint or user agent to look like a different device.

No stealth plugins

We add nothing to the browser that is built to hide automation from LinkedIn.

No CAPTCHA solving

If LinkedIn asks for a check or a verification code, that account waits and you get an alert. We do not solve it for you.

What this means for your account

Signing in from a server draws more security checks from LinkedIn than signing in from a home computer, and LinkedIn's own terms restrict automation. NurtureLead gives you guides and warnings, but how you use your account is your decision and your responsibility. The Terms set this out.
