1. Who we are

NurtureLead is run by 4 The Boss LLC, doing business as NurtureLead. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean 4 The Boss LLC, and "you" means the person or business that opens an account. By opening an account or using NurtureLead you agree to these terms.

2. The service

NurtureLead is a web app for outreach on LinkedIn. It searches for people, runs the workflow steps you set up on the LinkedIn accounts you connect, sends email from your own mailbox, and can reply to people with AI. You log in on the web and nothing is installed. Each connected LinkedIn account runs in a browser on our servers; you sign in to LinkedIn once, through a sign-in window inside the app.

3. Your LinkedIn account and your responsibility

You may only connect LinkedIn accounts that are yours, or that you are allowed to run for someone else. You choose the actions, the people and the pace, and you are responsible for how each connected account is used.

LinkedIn has its own terms, which restrict automation, and its own limits. Signing in from a server draws more security checks than signing in from a home computer, and LinkedIn can limit or restrict an account. That risk is yours. NurtureLead shows a safe-value guide on every daily limit and a warning when you go past it; these are guides, not a promise about what LinkedIn will do.

We do not disguise where your account runs. We do not change the browser's fingerprint or user agent, use stealth plugins or solve CAPTCHAs, and we do not create accounts.

4. Plans

There are four plans: Starter, Pro, Team and Enterprise. Your plan sets how many LinkedIn accounts you can connect, the highest daily limits for each account, how many AI replies each account gets a month, and how many people can log in. The prices and limits shown on the Pricing page when you buy or renew are part of these terms.

5. Free trial

Yearly plans start with a 7-day trial, and you enter a card to begin. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, we charge the full year on day 8. Monthly plans have no trial. There is one trial per card and per LinkedIn account.

6. Billing and tax

Prices are in US dollars. A monthly plan is charged every month and a yearly plan every year, in advance, until you cancel. Tax is added where it applies. Payments are processed by Stripe.

7. Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel at any time. Your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, and the plan does not renew. We do not give refunds.

8. Downgrades

You can move to a smaller plan. If the new plan allows fewer LinkedIn accounts than you have connected, you choose which accounts stay.

9. Your data after cancellation

After cancellation we keep your data for 90 days, then delete it. The Privacy policy explains what we hold and how we handle it.

10. AI replies

If you use AI replies, they are written from your goal, your instructions and the information you give, and they are sent from your LinkedIn account as you, with no line saying an AI wrote them. On Starter you approve each draft; on Pro, Team and Enterprise you can have them sent automatically. You are responsible for every reply sent from your account.

Each account has a monthly allowance of AI replies set by your plan. When it is used up, the AI stops and you reply by hand.

11. Email

Emails are sent from your own Gmail or Outlook mailbox, which you connect. An unsubscribe link and your business postal address are added to the end of every email automatically. Anyone who unsubscribes is never emailed again from your workspace. You are responsible for the lists you upload and the emails you send.

12. Agencies and resellers

Enterprise customers can offer NurtureLead to their own clients under their own logo, name, colours and web address. If you do, you bill your clients yourself, outside NurtureLead, and they see no prices from us. You remain our customer, and you are responsible for your clients' use of the service under these terms.

13. Not affiliated with LinkedIn

NurtureLead is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by LinkedIn.

14. Governing law

These terms take effect on October 1, 2026 and are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA. When these terms change, the new version is posted on this page with its new effective date; using NurtureLead after that date means you accept it.
