Features
What NurtureLead does
Three parts work together: a workflow canvas that runs the outreach, AI that replies towards your goal, and accounts, teams and client workspaces to run it at any size.
Workflows
The workflow canvas
You lay the outreach out once, as cards on a canvas from top to bottom. Every person you add moves through it one step at a time.
- Every step type. Connect, follow, like, endorse, message, InMail, email and wait.
- Branches. Split on whether they accepted your request. People who accepted go down Yes, everyone else goes down No.
- Live counts. Each card shows how many people are on that step right now.
- A reply stops the workflow. The moment someone replies, their workflow stops and the conversation moves to the inbox.
- Email and InMail on your terms. Emails go from your own Gmail or Outlook mailbox and end with an unsubscribe link and your business address. Paid InMail credits are only spent if you switch that on for the account.
- The AI judges it reached (you can overrule it)
- You mark it yourself
- A tracked link is opened
- A booking is confirmed through Calendly, Cal.com or a Google Calendar appointment page
AI replies
AI replies and goals
Tell the AI what counts as a result and how you write. It answers every reply with that in view.
- Drafts or auto replies. On Starter the AI writes a draft and you approve each one. On Pro, Team and Enterprise it replies for you.
- Five goal types. Book a call, get a link opened, collect contact details, get a referral, or a custom goal you write in the instructions.
- Playbooks, knowledge base, voice. Playbooks set the stages: open, qualify, handle objections, ask. The knowledge base holds the facts, offers, prices, FAQs, links and documents the AI may use. Voice samples show it how you write.
- Whole-conversation memory. Every reply is written with the full history with that person, plus running notes on where the conversation stands against the goal.
- Always-on rules. Links come only from your settings, no deck goes out before the person shows interest, replies keep to length limits, and unclear or past meeting times are checked.
Accounts and agencies
Accounts, teams and agencies
Start with one LinkedIn account. Add more as you grow, bring in your team, or run a separate workspace for each client.
- Accounts per plan. 1 on Starter, 3 on Pro, 5 on Team and 10 on Enterprise, with more at $49.99 a month per extra account.
- Roles on Team and Enterprise. The owner has billing and everything else. Admins manage all accounts, workflows and members. Members see only the accounts assigned to them.
- Client workspaces. On Enterprise each client's data is kept separate. Clients log in on your branded address and see no prices; you bill them outside the product.
- Rebranding. On Enterprise: your logo, name, colours and own web address, emails sent from your name, and no trace of NurtureLead.
- Reports. Spreadsheets on every plan. Pro and Team add a PDF performance report and a live read-only share link. On Enterprise every report is unbranded or in your brand.
Pace
Limits and safety
You decide how much each account does in a day, and when. NurtureLead shows you where the safe range ends.
- A daily slider for each action. Connection requests, messages, InMails, profile views, endorsements, likes, follows and emails, set per account up to your plan's maximum.
- Safe-value guides and warnings. Every slider shows a safe-value guide. Raise it past the guide and a warning states LinkedIn's own limits and what happens when they are hit.
- LinkedIn's weekly notice. If LinkedIn shows its weekly-limit notice, invites for that account wait until LinkedIn allows them again. Other actions carry on.
- Working hours and gaps. Set the working hours, the weekdays, the gap between actions and the delay before a reply.
LinkedIn's own terms restrict automation. How you use your account is your responsibility, as set out in our Terms.
