A founder with set prices
For example, Dana MercerDana puts her package prices in the knowledge base. The AI quotes them exactly and hands any haggling back to her.
Playbooks and knowledge
A playbook gives every conversation its stages. The knowledge base holds the facts the AI may use. Voice samples show it how you write. The AI answers from those and nothing else.
On every plan, for each LinkedIn account.
What it does
Each LinkedIn account has its own playbook, knowledge and voice, so every account sounds like the person it belongs to.
How you use it
On AI and goals, press Starter playbooks and Use this on one, then Save changes.
Rename stages, say when each applies and what the AI does, and Add a stage if you need one.
On the Knowledge and voice tab, choose a type, write a title and the content, and press Add to knowledge base.
Press Add a sample or Pick from past messages, then try it on the Try it card.
Who it is for
Dana puts her package prices in the knowledge base. The AI quotes them exactly and hands any haggling back to her.
Luis adds each open role as an entry. Questions the entries do not cover come straight to him.
Sam picks six of his own past messages as voice samples, so replies come out as short and plain as his own.
Questions
It does not guess. It hands the conversation to you and says what was asked.
Only prices from your knowledge base, exactly as written. Negotiation is handed to you.
Only your own, from the knowledge base or your settings. It never makes one up.
No. Each LinkedIn account has its own goal, playbook, knowledge and voice.
