You change plan on the Billing page, under Plans. Only the owner of the organisation can do it. A change takes effect at once.
Change your plan
- Open the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar and choose Plans and billing.
- Under Plans, choose Monthly or Yearly to see the prices for that period.
- Press Upgrade or Downgrade on the plan you want.
- Read the window that opens. It says what is charged and when.
- Confirm.
The app reloads with the new plan in force.
What is charged
- Upgrade. Your card is charged that day for the difference, over the rest of the period you have already paid. From your next renewal you pay the new price. If the card is refused, nothing changes.
- Downgrade. You pay the new price from your next renewal. The unused part of what you paid is credited to your coming invoices. No money is returned.
- Monthly to yearly. The unused part of the month is credited, and the year is charged that day.
- Yearly to monthly. The unused part of the year is credited to your coming invoices. No money is returned.
- During a trial. A change to another yearly plan charges nothing until the trial ends. A change to monthly ends the trial, and the month is charged that day.
Tax is added where it applies.
When the smaller plan has fewer accounts
Plans include 1, 3, 5 and 10 LinkedIn accounts. If you have more accounts than the smaller plan includes, a window asks you to choose which stay.
- Tick the accounts to keep, up to the number the plan includes.
- Press the Downgrade button in that window.
- Confirm in the next window, which names the accounts that go.
The accounts you do not keep are disconnected, and everything in them is deleted for good: people, conversations and workflows. This cannot be undone. If you want to keep any of it, export it from the Reports page first.
What else changes on a smaller plan
- Daily limits. A slider above the new plan's maximum comes down to it.
- Reply mode. Starter has no auto replies, so accounts go back to drafts you approve.
- AI replies. The monthly allowance for each account becomes the new plan's number.
- Reports. The PDF report and live share links are on Pro and above. Share links you made show nothing while your plan does not include them.
- Extra accounts. Extra accounts are on Enterprise only and end when you leave it.
Extra accounts on Enterprise
Enterprise includes 10 LinkedIn accounts. Each one past that is $49.99 a month.
- On the Billing page, find Extra LinkedIn accounts.
- Type the number of extra accounts and press Update.
- Confirm in the window that opens.
Accounts you add are charged that day for the rest of the month. When you reduce the number, the unused part is credited to your coming invoices. You cannot go below the number of accounts you have connected: disconnect accounts on the Accounts page first.
