Each plan includes a number of AI replies. The allowance is counted for each connected LinkedIn account, for each calendar month.

What counts as an AI reply
- Each reply the AI writes counts once, whether it is a draft you approve, a reply sent automatically or a follow-up nudge.
- Asking for a new draft counts again. So does a try on the Try it card that writes a reply.
- When the AI hands a conversation to you without writing anything, nothing is counted.
- A reply you write yourself is not counted.
- Questions to the AI help assistant in the help centre are not counted.
The count starts again at the beginning of each month. Unused replies are not carried over.
Where to see it
- The sidebar shows AI replies this month for the account in view.
- Each account's card on the Accounts page shows its count.
- The Usage card on the Billing page lists every account.
At 80% and at 100%
- At 80% you get the alert AI allowance at 80%.
- At 100% you get the alert AI allowance used up. The AI stops writing replies on that account. New replies wait in the Inbox for you to answer by hand.
Each account has its own count, so one account running out does not stop the AI on your others.
To carry on with AI replies before the month ends, add a top-up pack or move to a higher plan.

A pack is for one LinkedIn account and for the month you buy it in. Top-up replies are used after the plan's allowance, and unused top-up replies expire with the month. Tax is added where it applies.
Buy a top-up pack
Only the owner of the organisation can buy one.
- Open the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar and choose Plans and billing.
- In the Usage card, press Buy a top-up pack.
- Choose the LinkedIn account the pack is for.
- Choose the pack.
- Press Continue to payment and pay on Stripe's page.
The replies are added as soon as the payment is confirmed. The 80% and 100% alerts then count against the new total.
