What it does
Email and LinkedIn, one workflow
Each LinkedIn account connects its own mailbox, so every email comes from the right person.
- Your own mailbox. Connect Gmail or Outlook from the Accounts page.
- Addresses from three places. A list you import, an address you add on the People page, or the contact details a connection shows on LinkedIn.
- Unsubscribe link and postal address. Added to every email for you. Anyone who unsubscribes is never emailed again from that workspace.
- Fields filled in. The same personal fields as your LinkedIn messages, in subjects and messages alike.
- One central inbox. Email replies land next to your LinkedIn conversations, and a reply stops that person's workflow.
- Skipped when it should be. No address, or they unsubscribed? The step is skipped and they move on.

Connect a mailbox
On Accounts, press Connect a mailbox, add your Postal address at the end of every email, and press Connect Gmail or Connect Outlook.

In the workflow builder, add Send an email, write a Subject and the message, and save.

Import a list with emails, add an address on People, or let the step read a connection's contact details.

Yes. Gmail and Outlook both work, and every email goes out from your own address.
Where do replies go?

No. Every email ends with your postal address and an unsubscribe link, always.
What does unsubscribing do?
The person is never emailed again from that workspace. Their LinkedIn steps carry on unless you remove them.
