What it does
Each account runs on its own
Nothing to install. Every account keeps working when your computer is off, inside its own working hours.
- Sign in once. Each account signs in on LinkedIn's own page, one time. We never keep the password.
- Everything separate. Each account has its own people, workflows, conversations, limits, goal, playbook, knowledge and voice.
- Sales Navigator and Recruiter. Recognised when they connect, with higher limits on Pro and above.
- Longer notes on paid accounts. Premium, Sales Navigator and Recruiter accounts can add notes of up to 300 characters to connection requests.
- The state of each, at a glance. See which accounts are running and which need you, with the button that fixes it.
- Paid InMail only when you allow it. Paid InMail credits are only spent if you switch that on.

How you use it
Connect an account in a few minutes

Name the account
On Accounts, under Connect an account, type whose account it is, choose their time zone and press Connect.

Sign in once
Sign in on LinkedIn's own page in the sign-in window. When it says Connected, you are done.

Check its type
The account's card shows Standard, Premium, Sales Navigator or Recruiter. Correct it if it is wrong.

Switch between accounts
Use the switcher at the top of the sidebar. Every page shows which account you are on.

Can one LinkedIn account be connected twice?
No. Each LinkedIn account can be connected in one place only.
What happens if LinkedIn asks for a verification code?
That account pauses and you get an alert. Your other accounts keep running.
Can I run more than 10 accounts?
On Enterprise, each account past the 10 included is $49 a month. You add them on the Billing page under "Extra LinkedIn accounts".
Do I need to keep my computer on?
No. Every account keeps working when your computer is off.
What happens to accounts when I move to a smaller plan?
You choose which accounts stay. The others are disconnected and their data is deleted, so export what you need from Reports first.
