NurtureLead reads what kind of LinkedIn account you have when the account connects. A Sales Navigator or Recruiter account gets higher daily maximums on Pro, Team and Enterprise.
Where the account type shows
On the Accounts page, each account's card shows its type next to its name: Standard, Premium, Sales Navigator or Recruiter. Under it, the card says whether standard limits or higher limits are applied.
Sales Navigator and Recruiter are noticed when the account connects. If the type shown is not right, an owner or admin can correct it:
- Open Accounts.
- Pick the right type in the list next to the account's name.
The account's limits follow the type at once.
The higher daily maximums
These are the highest values each slider can be set to, per account, per day.
| Action | Pro, Team, Enterprise | Sales Navigator or Recruiter |
|---|---|---|
| Connection requests | 75 | 75 |
| Messages | 100 | 150 |
| InMails | 30 | 30 |
| Profile views | 200 | 400 |
| Skill endorsements | 50 | 100 |
| Likes | 50 | 100 |
| Profile follows | 50 | 100 |
| Emails | 200 | 200 |
So the higher maximums are for messages, profile views, endorsements, likes and follows.
On Starter, the Starter maximums apply whatever the account type is. They are listed in Daily limits and safe values.
A higher maximum does not change your sliders by itself. It lets you set them higher on the Limits and settings page. The safe-value guide and its warning work in the same way as on any other account.
What stays the same
- Searching. Searches use normal LinkedIn people search, also on Sales Navigator and Recruiter accounts. A pasted search link has to be a normal LinkedIn people search. Links to Sales Navigator or Recruiter searches are not accepted.
- InMail. The InMail step works the same way on every account type: it is free to open profiles, and paid credits are spent only if you switch that on. See InMail and paid credits.
- Everything else. Workflows, AI replies, the Inbox and reports work the same on every account type.
Premium accounts
If the account is LinkedIn Premium, choose Premium in the list. The daily maximums stay the standard ones. What changes is the note on a connection request: it can be up to 300 characters instead of 200, and the limit of 3 notes a month that applies to standard LinkedIn accounts does not apply. Sales Navigator and Recruiter accounts get the same.
