Client workspaces are on the Enterprise plan. Each client you work for gets a workspace of its own inside your organisation, and the LinkedIn accounts you run for that client sit in it.
What a workspace keeps apart
Every LinkedIn account has its own people, conversations, workflows, settings and AI setup. A workspace groups the accounts of one client, so one client's data never mixes with another's.
One thing is shared inside a workspace: unsubscribes. Someone who unsubscribes from the emails of one account is not emailed from the other accounts in the same workspace either.
Your organisation starts with one workspace, the main workspace. It cannot be removed.
Create a workspace
Only an owner or an admin can manage workspaces.
- Open Team.
- Under Client workspaces, press New client workspace.
- Type the name of the client and press Save.
Rename changes a workspace's name. Remove removes it, but only when it holds no LinkedIn accounts: move or disconnect those first.
Put LinkedIn accounts in a workspace
- A new account. On the Accounts page, the Connect an account form has a Client workspace list once you have more than one workspace. Choose the client's workspace before you press Connect.
- An account you already have. Press Rename on the account's card and choose another Client workspace in the window that opens.
The workspace's name then shows as a tag on the account's card.
Give a client a login
A client logs in as a member of your team who is assigned only that client's accounts.
- On the Team page, under Invite a member, type the client's email.
- Leave the role as Member.
- Under LinkedIn accounts they can use, tick the accounts in that client's workspace.
- Press Send invite.
A member sees and works on only the accounts assigned to them. They do not see the Team page or the Billing page, so they see no prices. You bill your clients yourself, outside NurtureLead.
With your own brand set up, clients log in on your web address and see your name and logo. See Your logo, colours and web address.
Your own team
Your colleagues work the same way. An admin can use every account in every workspace. A member can use only the accounts you assign, so you can give each colleague the clients they look after. See Team members and roles.
Reports for a client
On the Reports page, choose the client's LinkedIn account in the account list to see and export that account's figures. On Enterprise, reports are unbranded or carry your brand. See Sharing unbranded reports.
If you are not on Enterprise
The Team page shows client workspaces as locked, with what they include. The owner of the organisation can move to Enterprise on the Billing page.
