On the Team and Enterprise plans, more than one person can log in to your organisation. Each person logs in with their own email and password.
| Plan | People who can log in |
|---|---|
| Starter | 1 |
| Pro | 1 |
| Team | 5 members |
| Enterprise | Unlimited members |
The three roles
- Owner: billing and everything else. The person who created the organisation is its owner, and that does not change.
- Admin: all accounts, workflows and members.
- Member: only the LinkedIn accounts assigned to them.
A member does not see the Team page or the Billing page. Billing is with the owner only.
Invite someone
Only an owner or an admin can invite.
- Open Team.
- Under Invite a member, type their Email.
- Choose the Role: Member or Admin.
- For a member, tick the LinkedIn accounts they can use. An admin can use all of them.
- Press Send invite.
The invitation is emailed to that person, and its link works for 14 days. The link is also shown to you once, with Copy link, so you can pass it on yourself.
Open invitations are listed under the members and count as seats. On Team, the 5 seats count members and open invitations together.
- Make a new link gives an invitation a new link and 14 more days. The old link stops working.
- Cancel withdraws an invitation and frees its seat.
Accept an invitation
The invited person opens the link, which shows Join your team. They create an account, or log in, with the email address the invitation was sent to. An invitation only works for that address.
Change what someone can do
Press the three dots at the end of a person's row:
- Make admin or Make member changes their role.
- Assign accounts sets which LinkedIn accounts a member can use.
- Remove from the team takes away their access to the organisation and its accounts. Their own login stays, and you can invite them again later.
The owner has no such menu: the owner cannot be removed or changed.
Who gets alerts
An alert about a LinkedIn account goes to the owner, the admins, and the members that account is assigned to. Each person chooses their own alerts on the Notifications page. See Notifications and alerts.
On Starter and Pro
The Team page shows members as locked. The owner of the organisation can move to Team or Enterprise on the Billing page.
