The Reports page shows what your outreach did over a range of dates, across your LinkedIn accounts.
Choose what the report covers
- Date range: Last 7 days, Last 4 weeks, Last 6 weeks, This month, Last month, or a custom range of up to two years.
- Account: all accounts, or one.
- Workflow: all workflows, or one.
The choices are kept in the page's address, so reloading the page shows the same report.
What the figures mean
Every figure is about one group of people: those whose connection request went out in the range.

| Invites sent | People whose connection request was sent in the range. |
| Acceptance rate | The share of those people who have accepted since. |
| Reply rate | The share of those people who have replied since. |
| Goals reached | How many of those people have reached your goal. |
Because of that, the figures for a past range can still rise: someone invited last month who accepts today is counted in last month's range. They never fall.
Under the figures you find the invites and acceptances by week, and the same counts for each workflow.

Export spreadsheets
- Set the range and filters.
- In the Export card, under Spreadsheets, press CSV or Excel next to the one you want.

Make a PDF
Press Generate PDF report in the header, or Generate in the Export card. The PDF is a designed report of the figures, the weekly chart and the workflow table, for the range and filters on the page.
Make a live share link
- Set the range and filters as the report should show them.
- Under Live share link, press Create link.
- Give it a name and press Create link.
- Press Copy.
Anyone with the link sees the report with live figures, and cannot change anything. It shows totals only, never the names of people. Copy the link when it is made: for safety it is not shown again after you leave the app.
Revoke stops a link working. That cannot be undone, but you can create a new link at any time.
