On Starter, Pro and Team, reports carry NurtureLead branding. On Enterprise they do not: a report is unbranded, or it carries your own brand.
Unbranded, or in your brand
Which one you get depends on the Branding page:
- No name and no logo set: reports are unbranded.
- A name or a logo set: reports carry your brand.
The note at the bottom of the Export card on the Reports page says which applies to you. To set your name and logo, see Your logo, colours and web address.
This covers the PDF performance report and the page a live share link opens. NurtureLead's name is also left out of the names of the files you download.
Send a client a PDF
- Open Reports.
- Choose the date range. To report on one client, choose that client's LinkedIn account in the account list. You can also pick one workflow.
- Press Generate PDF report.
The PDF holds the figures for the range, the weekly chart and the workflow table.
Send a client a live link
A live share link shows the same report with live figures. Anyone with the link can look, and nobody can change anything through it.
- On the Reports page, set the range, the account and the workflow as you want the client to see them.
- Under Live share link, press Create link.
- Give it a name. The name is shown at the top of the shared report.
- Press Create link, then Copy.
Copy the link when it is made. For safety it is not shown again after you leave the app. If you lose it, create another link.
What a client sees through a link
- The totals: invites sent, acceptance rate, reply rate and goals reached, with the weekly chart and the workflow table.
- No names. A shared report shows totals only, never the names of the people you contacted.
- No login, no prices, and nothing that can be changed.
Revoke a link
Press Revoke next to the link on the Reports page. Anyone who opens it afterwards is told the link is no longer available. Revoking cannot be undone, but you can create a new link at any time.
Spreadsheets
The four spreadsheets, People, Conversations, Actions and Conversions, are meant for your own work. They hold one row per person, message, action or goal reached, so they contain names. Check what is in a spreadsheet before you pass it on.
