On the Enterprise plan you can put your own brand on NurtureLead. Your team and your clients then see your logo, your product name and your colour, on your own web address.
Branding is set by an owner or an admin: open the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar and choose Branding. A live preview on the page shows the login page your clients will see. When you are done, press Save changes. The whole app then reloads with the brand.
Logo, name and colour
- Upload a Logo, light version. Add a Logo, dark version for the dark theme. If you leave it empty, the light one is used.
- Type your Product name. It is shown wherever the name NurtureLead appears today.
- Pick an Accent colour, or type it as six hex digits, such as
#1F5FBF.
A logo is a PNG, JPEG or WebP image of up to 200 KB. A square image works best. The accent colour is used for buttons and highlights. The text on it is set to dark or light, whichever reads better.
Your own web address
- Type the address under Your own web address, for example
app.youragency.example, and save. - Where your domain is managed, add the record the page shows: a CNAME with the name and the target given in the table.
- Press Check again.
While the record is not found, the page shows Waiting for DNS. Changes to DNS can take a while. Once the address points to NurtureLead, the page shows Live. Your people then log in at that address, and its certificate is issued by itself.
Links in the emails the app sends to your team and clients, such as invitations and alerts, use your address once it is live.
Emails from your name
This is about the emails the app itself sends to your team and clients: alerts, invitations and reports. It is not the mailbox used for email steps in workflows.
- Under Emails from your name, fill in the Sender name, the Sender address, your Mail server (SMTP), its Port, the User name and the Password.
- Save, then press Send a test email.
When the test email has gone through, the section shows Verified and emails go out through your mail server, from your address. Until then they are sent by NurtureLead's server with your name on them.
Remove every mention of NurtureLead
Switch on Remove every mention of NurtureLead to take the remaining mentions away. You have to give links to your own Terms and Privacy pages first, because your clients must still be shown some. Both links must start with https://.
With the switch off, the login page keeps a small NurtureLead line.
What your clients see
- Your logo and name on the login page, in the app and on reports.
- Your colour on buttons and highlights.
- Your own web address, and no prices.
If you are not on Enterprise
Branding is on the Enterprise plan only. On other plans the account menu has no Branding entry. The owner of the organisation can move to Enterprise on the Billing page.
