A founder on Google Calendar
For example, Dana MercerDana approves a draft that agrees a time, and the call appears in her work calendar. No invite typed by hand.
Booked calls
Agree a time in the conversation, and sending the reply books the call. Bookings through your scheduling link count towards your goal too.
On every plan.
What it does
A time agreed in the conversation, or a booking through your link: both are counted.
How you use it
On AI and goals, choose Book a call and add your Scheduling link.
On Accounts, press Connect Google Calendar, then choose the Calendar that calls are added to.
Under Booking tools on AI and goals, connect Calendly or Cal.com. Google Calendar appointment pages need nothing more.
When a draft agrees a time, a tick box shows that sending it books the call. Untick it to send without booking.
Who it is for
Dana approves a draft that agrees a time, and the call appears in her work calendar. No invite typed by hand.
Luis shares his Cal.com page in replies. Every booking from a candidate counts as a goal reached.
Sam has not connected a calendar, so each agreed call reaches him by email, ready to open in his calendar.
